- respond to enquiries and discuss how we may be able to help;
- provide your Reputation Health Check results;
- contact you about your assessment, results and relevant Max Max Advisory services;
- arrange meetings;
- develop and manage relationships with prospective and existing clients;
- understand and improve our website and services;
- keep our website and systems secure; and
- meet legal, regulatory and professional obligations.
We generally process personal information because it is in our legitimate interests to operate and develop our business, respond to people who contact us and communicate about relevant services. Communications
If you complete the Reputation Health Check, we will send you your results and may contact you to discuss the assessment and relevant Max Max Advisory services.
We may also contact you about our services where permitted by law.
You can ask us to stop sending promotional or follow-up communications at any time by replying to an email or contacting info@maxmaxadvisory.com.
Website analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and to help us improve it. Google Analytics may collect information about your device, browser, approximate location and interactions with the site, using cookies or similar technologies.

Reputation Health Check
The Reputation Health Check is provided using ScoreApp. When you complete it, ScoreApp processes the information you submit so that we can provide your results, understand your needs and contact you as described in this notice. ScoreApp also has its own privacy and security practices.
Who receives your information
We may use trusted service providers to help run our business, including website hosting and security providers, Microsoft 365, Google, ScoreApp and Calendly. We may also share information with professional advisers where necessary.
These providers may only use personal information for the purposes for which it has been shared and must protect it appropriately. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Some service providers may process personal information outside the UK. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, as required by data protection law.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice.
